In December 1994, Binzhou Region Vitiligo Research Institute, the predecessor of Huahai Vitiligo Hospital, was established. It was the first private scientific research institution in Binzhou at that time. It was a professional research institution for vitiligo integrating scientific research, medical treatment and new drug development. The institute was founded. Human and core expert, researcher Cheng Aihua, led a team of experts to start the research and exploration to overcome vitiligo.
